Exchange and Returns
At Ambrin Bijoux, we take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. We accept exchanges and returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible, your item must meet one of the following criteria:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item received
Please ensure the item is unworn and in its original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@ambrinbijoux.com. Please note that we reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet our policy.
Steps for Returning:
- Contact us at support@ambrinbijoux.com to receive the return address.
- Include your order confirmation in the package.
- Ship the item using a trackable service to the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval for the return or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@ambrinbijoux.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately at support@ambrinbijoux.com so we can resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations & Wrong Address
Orders can be cancelled or corrected within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, changes are not possible due to our automated processing system. If you need to cancel or correct an order, please email us promptly at support@ambrinbijoux.com.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect. Custom or personalized jewelry, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the defective, damaged, or incorrect item, and once it’s approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
